Champion: Noun; A person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition, esp. in sports.
All the talk will be about “Elite” Eli, Coughlin the Coach, even Mario Manningham’s magnificent grab, & deservedly so, but take a moment to consider Mark Herzlich & his journey.
He beat cancer, after being told to forget football & maybe even walking ever again. He went undrafted. When the NFL returned from it’s lockout, he chose to sign with the Giants, making the squad out of training camp. While he may have been inactive tonight, as his teammates won the Lombardi trophy, there is no doubt that his life’s story can be defined by just one word tonight.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL YEA
if the ravens lose today, fjdksalfhdsakjlfakldaklkalh omg. that would be amazing okay. that would MAKE my sunday.
The Colts are winless. Your tags make me not want to live on this planet anymore. Stop talking because you clearly haven’t been watching football this year.
Is this bitch retarded?
I love how every week I check on NFL.com to see the playoff picture. And every week, the Baltimore Ravens happen to be the #3 seed. Why? Why? Why? Why are the New England Patriots and Houston Texans ahead of us? Okay, I guess I can understand New England. They probably can beat us in a few tie breakers since we don’t play them this season. But then there are the Houston Texans, who just happened to play the Ravens way back in week 6. And if we look at the score? 29-14, Ravens. And since the Ravens and Texans have the same exact record, the Ravens automatically win the second seed in the playoff picture. Can someone please explain to me why the Ravens are continually given less than what they deserve? And speaking of records, now that I think about it, the Ravens are undefeated in their division. Unlike the Patriots. And since the first tie breaker is divisional record, the Ravens should be considered the first seed. I know playoffs aren’t for a few more weeks, but the Ravens look amazing this year and they really do deserve to be recognized as the team who would have the number one seed of the AFC playoffs if the season ended today.
This.
The reason we are behind the Texans is because we lost to the Titans and Jags and they didn’t lose to anyone in our division except us.
